This is a lithograph, about nine plates and a tone wash. It is the cover of a book I have been working on for some time now.

Is there a specific symbolism to everything in this lithograph?

I need to know how to do this! How does it work?

Sorry it has taken so long to respond...You draw on limestone with a crayon, the image is passed through an oil vs water process, ink is rolled over the image and a printing press pushes the image on to the paper. It is a lot more complex than that. I highly recommend that it is worth investigation.

Nah, it's fine. :D
I'm actually thinking about asking my HS art teacher if she can teach me the process.
